5M1270ZT144A5N in place of 5M1270ZT144C5N

We are thinking of using 5M1270ZT144A5N in place of 5M1270ZT144C5N; Can we do it without board redesign? Will there be a significant impact if we replace 5M1270ZT144C5N with 5M1270ZT144A5N? Also, ...

Hi,


The difference between 5M1270ZT144A5N and 5M1270ZT144C5N is only the temperature grade. The A device is Automotive grade (-40 to 125 deg C) whereas the C device is commercial grade (0 to 85 deg C).

Both the devices are fully compatible to each other and do not require any board changes for replacement.


I did not understand your query related to "values of CFM and UFM". Are you asking how to read the content of flash memory? If yes, then use the stand-alone embedded Jam STAPL Player and Jam Byte-Code Player provide action commands for programming or reading the entire flash memory (UFM and CFM together) or each independently.
