5CEFA7F27I7N Military non RoHS

Is 5CEFA7F27M7 the correct P/N for military temp range and tin lead solder balls? How do I buy them? What is cost, LT & MOQ?

That would be the part number if it exists.

Looking at the www.arrownac.com website, the closest I have found is 5CEFA7F27I7N (ROHS)

Looking at the part decoder ring on page 4 of http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/cyclone-v/cv_51001.pdf

there is no "M" for military temp rating. The closest is A for automotive.

To get better information, I would contact your local Altera distributor. (Arrow).
