Hello, In the Cyclone V part number 5CEBA7F27C8N, there is a pin VCCBAT. Could you please provide input current requirement for VCCBAT pin? with regards Shiva

for others watching the thread: EPE reports 81 nA ICCBAT at highest junction temperature of 85 °C.
