New ContributorI was looking thru the datasheets for 1SG280HU1F50E2VG and I cannot find reflow profile recommendations or a technical support phone number/ e-mail.
The packaging for the FPGA says max reflow 245°C, however I would like to see the whole reflow recommendations if available.
