I am searching for the mechanical drawing of the FBGA-1760 footprint and STEP model for the 1SG085HN3F43E3VG. Does anyone know the link to this drawing?
An Altium PCB footprint would be great.
Also, any schematics for an eval board for the 1SG085HN3F43E3VG?

Welcome to INTEL forum. We no longer provide/support PCB footprint anymore, it is replaced with Cadence Capture CIS schematic symbol in (olb.) format.
Cadence Capture CIS schematic symbol is available through https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download/board-layout-test/pcb/pcb-cadence.html
