是怎么回事,MAX10 08系列内部都是有ADC IPh核的

    Unfortunately only the SA, DA, DD feature option devices have an ADC available.

    Your part number is the DC feature option which is the compact feature set, no ADC available.

    Per the datasheet, see part number options in the attached graphic.
