Yikes that part went EOL back in November 2008 per Intel/Altera PDN0711.

Where have you been hiding the last 14 years?

Recommended replacement at the time was MAX II CPLD series, but those are mostly EOL as well.

You are pretty much out of luck unless you can find devices thru secondhand reseller markets.
