system-console: Which files/folders are required to deploy an application?

Hello,

I have an application that does calls to system-console (ex: device_download_sof, device commands, etc...) to Intel FPGAs.

What is required to deploy an application relying on this? Is there an executable version of the system-console I could include? Or delete several folders/files? Right now the system-console folder is very large, and has a lot of files

You could create a toolkit, but that still requires the System Console executable.

If you're looking for this to be completely standalone, I'm not sure that's possible.

    Hi Raphael,

Isolated executable i dont think possible. But, in with system console, you can create toolkit with tcl and its libraries

Thank you @SyafieqS . Other question:

Is it possible to run the system-console in CLI command line mode (without the GUI)?

Is it possible to run it hidden (without a new window getting created)?

I am using Windows 10, system-console 12.1 sp1. I can probably use a later system-console if this feature is missing

    Hi Raphael,

Is it possible to run the system-console in CLI command line mode (without the GUI)?

    - Yes possible, you can run System Console in command line mode and either work interactively or run a Tcl script. System Console prints the output in the console window.

    - I don't think yes as the System Console will prints responses to your commands in the terminal window.

@SyafieqS , could you point me to a document or link that can guide me through the correct settings to use for using the System Console in command line mode?

I wasn't able to find it
