Stratix10 GX dev kit installation on ubuntu 18.04 - No Intel FPGA Download Cable II in list

I just followed the Intel Stratix 10 GX FPGA Development Kit User Guide to install the card on Ubuntu 18.04. When I went to Installing the Intel FPGA Download Cable II Driver, it only shows the steps to install on RedHat OS.

I followed these lines on Ubuntu. While I didn't find Intel FPGA Download Cable II in Currently selected hardware list.

Do you have any ideas about how to solve this issue? Thanks.
