Hi there,
I am trying to simulate some component SDRAM in QuestaSim. The SDRAM I need to model is the SDRAM on the DE10-Standard board.
I have the following model:

SDRAM on the DE10-Standard board is from the manufacturer ISSI. You can always obtain the simulation models from that particular manufacturer. Check this link https://www.issi.com/WW/PSearch/USPSearch/PSearch_DRAM.aspx#
- Simulation Models can be downloaded from the product pages. Please go to PRODUCTS in the menu above, and click on the type of product for which you would like the model. Then scroll down to the part number of interest, and refer to the model on the right-hand side of that row.
- Simulation Models not listed above may be available upon request
