Reliability Report of Intel® MAX® 10 FPGA

Hello,

Could we learn the failure rate (in FITS) of Intel® MAX® 10 FPGA in terms of temperature, confidence level, and activation energy?

    Hello,

    Regarding the request for the FIT value of MAX10. Below are the details for the FIT value.


    FIT= 20.5 @ 70C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.

    Activation Energy Ea=0.7
