DK-DEV-AGI027RBES missing device selection

Hi Fakhrul,

First of all as I said, I can't figure out how to program the device in 23.3, please see the first screenshot of the Programmer, the AGIB027R29A1E2VR3 part number doesn't exist there, when choosing for example the AGIB027R29AR3 from the list and trying to program it, the programmer shows an error of mismatch between OPN in quartus and OPN in quartus programmer:

Also, as I said, Agilex 7 known issues document has a lot of issues that affect me and the solution there is to move to newer Quartus versions (25.1.1 and above)
