Quartus Prime 17.1 SoC EDS licensing issue
To whomsoever it may concern,
I attempted to use the SoC EDS for Quartus Prime 17.1 Standard Version. I was able to access the ARM 5.29 but on attempting to debug the ARM cortex-A9 I get a licensing error. I have sent an email to ARM regarding this but I got a response that Intel was looking after the licensing for the same.
I have attached a snapshot of the error that I received. I also have attached the rocketboard exercise that I am doing.
Thanking You
Yours Sincerely
Jerry Jacob

Hi AR_A_Intel,
I attempted to do the SoC EDS part after reinstalling the same for Quartus Prime Standard 17.1 but on launching Eclipse, I tend to get an error like what was shown in the attachment.
Moreover, I checked the license and it seems like there is no toolkit for selection too.
This is my current issue.
