provide the certification of compliant with (RoHS (EU) 2015/863).

Hi,

I really would like you to provie the following CPLD's certification of compliant with (RoHS (EU) 2015/863).

・EPM7064SLC84-10N

・EPM7128SLC84-10N

・EPM7128SQC100-15N

・EPM7064SLC44-10N

・EPM3128ATC144-10N

I contacted Intel Support Team by request number 05467964, they recommended me to visit you.

I really need to get a certificate for each of the products above.

      Hi,

      Thans a lot.

      But The following products have been discontinued in 2017.

      Intel's Dear Customer Letter (DCL).updated in 2019 said 「Starting from 2019, to the best of Intel’s knowledge, no products sold
      by Intel contain any of these 4 phthalates above 0.1% in homogeneous material.」

      So I would like to check whether these products(discontinued in 2017 ) have been covered by Intel's Dear Customer Letter (DCL).

    Do you have any information about if following products' initial production lots or all lots compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863?

    I greatly appreciate you provide me below certificates,

    ・DofC_EPM7128SQC100-15N_20210727025103.pdf→Issued by 2021-07-27

    ・DofC_EPM7064SLC44-10N_20210125120105.pdf→Issued by 2021-01-25

    ・DofC_EPM3128ATC144-10N_20200913164105.pdf→Issued by 2020-09-13

    But we purchased them before 2017, and they have been discontinued in 2017.

    So could you tell me if their initial production lots compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863?

    Sorry, I don't know what is "OPN".

    What is "OPN" stand for in Intel?

    Hi Laura,


    Four additional phthalates are added onto the list of restricted substances as regulated in RoHS (EU) 2015/863, they are:

    1. Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)
    2. Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP)
    3. Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
    4. Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)


    If they are LeadFree legacy products, they are still compliance with RoHS (EU) 2015/863.


    All the OPNs you listed are all leadfree products, hence compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863 as stated in documents we have shared earlier.
