Physical specifications of Agilex 7 FPGA F and I series AGIB027R31B2E2VR0 mechanical datasheet

Hello,

I'm looking for the mechanical characteristics of product number AGIB027R31B2E2VR0. I'm trying to get stencil information for reballing and solder rework, but the public datasheet only has electrical information. I was instructed by support to ask here for assistance.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
