MTBF of MAX 10 FPGA

Hello, I am writing from UAV Navigation (Madrid, Spain) to request some technical support concerning about the Intel MAX 10 FPGA model.
Could be possible to provide any reliability data (i.e.: Failure Rate / Mean Time To Failure) about the MAX 10 FPGA?

    For MTBF calculation, you can refer to below link:

    You can find the FIT rate for Altera® devices in the Reliability Report (PDF) which can be downloaded through Resource & Documentation Center (intel.com). You will need CNDA to download the Reliability Report as it is Intel confidential information.
