meaning of the AA at the end of 5CEBA4F17I7NAA

    Please note that the device part number - 5CEBA4F17I7NAA ended with the additional suffix 'AA' is referring to customer specific ordering suffix, the material that builds directly for some specific customer request. These are added to the device part number when a device has under gone additional qualification upon request. For general part ordering, you may look for 5CEBA4F17I7N.
