MAX 10 FPGA - 10M04SCU169C8G Thermal resistance values and Tj temperature limit

Hi,

We’re looking for the thermal resistance Rjc, Rjb, Rja values and Tj junction temperature and Ta ambient temperature limits of Intel MAX 10 FPGA. (part number: 10M04SCU169C8G).

Can some one help for above values.
