Could you try this link - https://licensing.intel.com/eval-free-licenses
AR_A_Intel (Employee), have you verified the links that you sent me i.e. https://licensing.intel.com/ and https://licensing.intel.com/eval-free-licenses?
Both go to the 'Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center (SSLC)' webpage where you need to sign in. After signing in, the 'Let’s Get You Registered for Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center (SSLC)' webpage appears and instructs to click the blue ‘Next-Verify’
Then the ‘Registration for Intel® FPGA Self Service Licensing Center (SSLC) Access is Confirmed’ webpage appears. On the page it is mentioned that ‘We are setting up your account. You will receive a confirmation email shortly’ Only once in many attempts did I receive an email, which suggested to ‘Log in to intel.com/sslc to view and manage your Intel® PSG Software and IP License Entitlements.’ This link, in effect is https://licensing.intel.com/. Clicking this file then returns the following URL: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner-alliance/access-denied.html, and one is in a dead end. This dead end URL always appears after on is signed in
The only explanation that I have for not being able to obtain my required license is that there is a bug in the Intel website. Could this issue please be resolved ASAP? For two days I have tried various procedures mentioned on the Intel websites and forums and they all lead to a dead end.
In all honesty, I do not get why the free Questa Intel FPGA Starter Edition requires a license, the more so since the free Quartus Prime Lite Edition and the free ModelSim Intel FPGA Starter Edition do not require licenses
