Lack tools for SOC EDS and cant download ARM DS for SOC FPGA

Hi, For some reason I downloaded the SOC EDS 20.1 to replace my 18.1 version. I deleted all related to 18.1 include eclipse. And I installed newer 20.1 version. But it didnt install DS-5 ecl...
