How to lower data rate from 28.25011Gbps to 25.00 Gbps on S10 Gx transceiver development kit

Question

I have a set of S10 GX transceiver development kit. It provides default data rate of 28.25011Gbps. Now I want to lower the rate to 25.0 Gbps. How can I adjust PLL to get this rate? Thank you.
