How to configure LVDS Input Differential on-chip termination resistor to 85 Ohms in Arria 10 Devices

How to configure LVDS Input Differential on-chip termination resistor to 85 Ohms in Arria 10 Devices, Transceiver specification shows that it can be configured for 85 Ohms as well. But how do we do it, what's the QSF assignment option available for this setting.

    hello,

    You can change on-chip termination resistance value using pin planner in Quartus.
