The processor of my device altera stratix ep2s130f1020c3 does not work, I bought an ep2s130f1020c3n processor and it still did not work, can you tell me what is the difference between these, please

No, it does not have functional different. So, both of the device does not work? Have you try other good working FPGA using the same board? What is the quartus version? Where did you purchase the device? Any error message shown?

vuqarthe device does not work, I bought a new processor, I put it on the same board, it did not work, there is only n letter difference in the code between the processors, and one has a ® ™ difference, what could be the reason for this, there is no error message on the screen, it does not pick up the new processor, as if the device is made of thermal paste?
