FPGA .sof file

Hello, after I compile my code, open the programmer, and try to add the .sof file in the output_files folder, I do not see the .sof file. Is there a reason for this? My .sof file is not being generated, can anyone help ASAP please?

    Hi, may i know which quartus license you are using? Also have you seen any error message?

    In the Compilation Dashboard (Pro) or Tasks window, do you see the Assembler running? If not, perhaps you've turned off the option to run it as part of a full compilation. You can run it manually from the Processing menu.

    If the Assembler is running and you are still not getting a .sof, check the Device and Pin options in Assignments -> Device. Perhaps you've disabled .sof generation.
