FPGA Ball Damage - Request for RTV

I would like to request for this communication to be handled privately.

Hi Intel team,

Jabil detected 1 Pc of FPGA part with ball damaged at incoming.

Kindly advice next step for unit RTV.

Defect : Ball damaged
