FPGA Academy Technical Problem

Dear Technical Support Committee,
I have applied to the Intel FPGA academy membership and my application had been approved 20 days ago -referring to the attached screenshot from acceptance Email-.

However, I am not able to access the Lab Solutions. It gives me that I have to apply APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP again.

Please, I am looking forward your assistance .
