FA request - EP2C5F256I8N Field return

We have got customer field return and suspected EP2C5F256I8N short circuit.

So, we would like to return this suspect part to Intel for full failure analysis. total 1 pc defect.

The resistance check on good units around 4.3 K Ohm while on the NG is 219 Ohm.
