    Intel/Altera has no direct substitute for this device. That series has been EOLed.

    You might want to look at the Microchip ATF1508ASV series.

    They offer direct compatibility to the EPM7128 series and have tools to convert Altera .POF to Microchip .JED files for programming.

    I have used the ATF15xx series to replace several EPM7032S and EPM7064S parts using the existing programming files.
