Hello, I'm looking for the 2R thermal parameters for the device in subject.

Could you kindly help me?

You can get thermal information from this link : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/devices/fpga-package-thermal.html

Select MAXII then select Thermal. Then look for EPM1270 thermal information.
