Does DK-DEV-AGI027R1BES come with a disabled HPS?

      I have an interest buying DK-DEV-AGI027R1BES board.

      So I contacted a local distributor to get an information on the board.

      According to the distributor, the board comes with in a state of HPS can't be used.

      Please confirm the statement of the distributor about the HPS state in DK-DEV-AGI027R1BES.
