Development kit powers off, won't power up again

The board has not failed in the same way since it failed the first time.
You can go ahead and close the case. I have a paper trail of this problem to
fall back on if it happens again.

Could you help check and try program with your own Quartus design? This is to verify whether the dev kit board is still functional or not. Provide screenshot of your tasting.

Hi Fakhrul -
I was able to program the board this morning with the PCIe design from the
Board Test Kit examples for the board. I have not tested it in a PC system yet.
I heard from Mouser the procedure for returning the board via RMA. I am going
to work with it for another couple of weeks. If I have more problems like the one
I reported above, I'll contact Intel to have an engineer evaluate the case to see if
an RMA is appropriate. That is part of the procedure communicated to me by
Mouser.
