DDR4 IC interface with Intel FPGA Family

Hi, Is there any reference board for FPGA SoC (AGILEX series), with DDR4 SD RAM not SODIMM but direct IC.

Sorry we don't have have the board design for that device with memory component that you are looking for.

You refer to device design guideline when creating the board layout.
