DDR for Arria 10 GX FPGA Development Kit

Dear

I have Arria 10 GX FPGA Development Kit.

Kit contains 2GB DDR4 SDRAM, 2GB DDR3 SDRAM, and RLDRAM3 (16 Meg x 36).

Do you know about Manufacturer and Model of DDR(DDR4/DDR3/RLDRAM3)

For example, Micron-MT15.........
