Daughter cards for DK-SI-AGI027FB

Hi,

I am looking to build an emulation platform using DK-SI-AGI027FB to interface to PCIe switches with SFF-8644 interface.

My requirement is

-on chip processor

-preferably four Gen3x8 PCIe ports (alternately four Gen3x4 ports) connected via SFF-8644

I am thinking of having a daughter card that would have four SFF-8644 connectors (two for each PCIe port if using x8 and one for each PCIe port if using x4). The cards has two FMC+ connectors, so I can get four ports on there.

1. Is there a different/better solution

2. Are there FMC daughter cards with SFF-8644? I can not find any

Thank you

    Hi,

If you are trying to build PCIe Switch using Agilex device
Initially you can refer to our switch IP on

    1. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/intellectual-property/interface-protocols/pcie-scalable-switch.html?wapkw=pcie%20switch
    2. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683515/20-4-1-0-0/introduction.html

For the daughter card that would have four SFF-8644 connectors, I wish to help on it, but my answer might not be so accurate.
Perhaps you can check with the distributor if they have that product or not.
