Cyclone V 5CEFA4F23C7 User Guide and DDR3 SDRAM Part Number
- 3 years ago
Hi Himanshu,
I assume you are using Cyclone V E Development Kit from Intel : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/development-kits/cyclone/v-e.htmlIf you are wondering where to get the DDR3 part number, you can always check in the schematic file of the board.
For example in the snapshot I have attached, there is a part number under DDR3 Device component which is MT41J128M16JT-125.
I hope that help you out.

Adzim
