Cyclone IV Device

Our lab is verifying a part which part number is : EP4CE30F29C6N.

We found some contamination and scratches on the substrate.

Can you please check with Intel/Altera internal criteria, if those kind of contamination and scratches are acceptable ?

Please see attached pictures, i also attached the device marking photos in case you need.

Appreciate your soonest feedback.
