Thanks for your help but is that schematic for Cyclone® V SX development board (https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/products/details/fpga/development-kits/cyclone/v-sx.html) as this board has Cyclone® V SX SoC—5CSXFC6D6F31C6N (SoC) while the schematic you send talk about Cyclone V GX SoC. Please confirm that.
