Could not find the symbol "spl_boot_list"

Could you try a later version of the linaro cross compiler when building the uboot and spl?

Please try the version 9.2-2019.12.

You could download it from the link below:

https://developer.arm.com/downloads/-/gnu-a


After downloading update the PATH variable with the downloaded version.
