Can you first try a simpler design and at the same time try to change the USB blaster.

    Hello,

    We have installed simple LED on-off program in to kit using new one USB blaster. Still problem is not resolved.

    Can you please give detail brief steps if you have, how we can resolve our issue?

    Major issue is D17 LED is blinking.
