ARM DS Unable to connect to agilex SoC HPS

Hi all,

I am currently facing the same problem. Have you found any solution about it? If you found a solution to it, I'd be glad to hear it. The Arm DS gives me the error as "The target hardware identity couldn't be verified. Please check that the target being connected to is of type Agilex-7 SoC" I also couldn't see the hps in jtag chain. My switches are at its default position, and I am working on Agilex-7 Dev Kit. Could you please help about that?
