checksum of pof file inside cfm sector

hii i have general question if i have a pof file after compiling my vhdl design , is the checksum of the pof file get written into the cfm0 sector , and if i want to read the cheksum how can i do i...

hii thanks for reply is the crc16 calculated upon my vhdl design? and deos it get stored in the cfm ?
