I know how to access the SSH key. The problem I encountered was that the server of https://devcloud.intel.com/fpga/connect/ was down at that time. I have using devcloud FPGA for several weeks. I reinstalled the system and need to download the SSH key, but the page https://devcloud.intel.com/fpga/?uuid=<uuid> is down and shows 500 internal server error.
