Why the temperature read out fail using internal temperature sensor in Stratix 10 SX ES device?

Description

When using the internal temperture sensor in Stratix 10 SX ES device, the temperature read out could fail. 

Resolution

It will be fixed in Stratix 10 SX Production devices.
