Why saving the examined data of CFI device failed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Software?

Description

When you execute the examine operation, there's an issue in which the Programmer does not save the examined data into a POF file. 

Resolution

There is an issue in the CFI flash examination using the command line in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software v18.1. The problem has been fixed in the Intel Quartus Prime Standard Edition Software v19.1.
