Why is the “Entity Re-binding” option missing in the Design Partition Window?

Description

Due to a problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.2, the Entity Re-binding option is missing in the Design Partition Window.

Resolution

This problem has been fixed in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.3 and later.
