Why have unused ports appeared on the Triple Speed Ethenet (TSE) IP in Quartus II software version 13.0?

Description

Due to an issue the following unused ports have incorrectly appeared on the TSE IP in Quartus® II software version 13.0:

magic_sleep_n, magic_wakeup, xoff_gen, xon_gen

In Quartus II software version 13.0, Altera recommends that you connect these ports to their inactive state.

This issue has been fixed in Altera® Quartus II software version 13.1.
