Why does the Qsys Pro System Integration Tool fail to add all of the generated files to my Quartus Prime Pro edition project?

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro edition software version 16.0 and later, you may find that the Qsys Pro System Integration Tool fails to add all of the source files to your Quartus Pro project. This problem only occurs when the Qsys Pro System Integration Tool is adding a large number of files.

Resolution

To work around this problem, for Quartus Prime Pro edition software version 16.1 Update 2, download and install patch 2.01 from the links below. You must install the Quartus Prime software version 16.1 Update 2 before installing this patch.

• Download the version 16.1.2 patch 2.01 for Linux (.run)
• Download the Readme for the Quartus Prime Pro software version 16.1.2 patch 2.01 (.txt)

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus Prime Pro edition software.
