Why does the neutron flux multiplier rate not affect the Quartus® Prime Software projected SEU FIT by Component Usage report?

Description

Due to a problem in Quartus® Prime Software, changing the neutron flux multiplier value from the default rate of 1 to another user-selected rate will not affect the Projected SEU FIT by Component Usage report for Agilex™ 7 devices. 

Resolution

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
