Why does the Intel® Quartus® Power Analyzer (QPA) shows negative power for DSP?

Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Power Analyzer Software version 21.2, you may see that the estimation value for DSP will show a negative value when the toggle rate is set more than 100%.

Resolution

This problem is fixed beginning with the Intel® Quartus® Power Analyzer Software version 21.3.
