Why does Nios II still run when I uncheck "Start processor" in Nios II Software Build Tools for Eclipse?

Description

An issue has been identified with that the "Start Processor" checkbox in the debug configuration options in the Nios® II Software Build Tools for Eclipse. Unchecking this option does not prevent the processor from running.

This issue shall be resolved in a future version of the Nios II Software Build Tools for Eclipse.
